In the 90’s, two individuals, Howie and Dave, were well into their individual careers of Group Benefits Consultant and Technology Engineering. By the time these two long time friends decided to bring their individual skills together, it was into the 21st century and high time that the industry needed a fresh way of providing small business group benefits using the Internet.
